HUNTINGDON (September 18-19) — The following cases were adjudicated in Carroll General Sessions Court.

Cases bound over to Carroll County Circuit Court were:

Mark C. Beasley, Forrest Ave, McKenzie, bound over on charges of Failure to Appear, Sexual Offender Registration Form Violation, and Community Supervision Violation.

Charles K. Farlow, Mulberry St, McKenzie, bound over on charges of Employ Firearm with Intent to Go Armed-Dangerous Felony, Aggravated Criminal Trespass, Vandalism Up To $1,000, and Public Intoxication; dismissed: charge of Aggravated Assault-three counts and Possession of a Handgun while Under the Influence.

Brittany Farris, Hwy 424, Yuma, bound over on Child Abuse/Neglect/Endangerment.

Zachary F. Farris, Hwy 424, bound over on charge of Possession of a Weapon – Convicted Felon; dismissed: charge of Theft Up To $1,000.

The following cases resulted in guilty verdicts or guilty pleas:

Steven E. Crawford, E. Main St, Trezevant, guilty of Failure to Appear, Driving While License Suspended, and Probation Violation 120 Days Jail, Cost and taxes, and 11/29 Unsupervised probation.

Casey A. Crosser, Hwy 79s, Henry, guilty of Residential and Work Restrictions Violation-Attempt, $1,000 Fine, Cost and taxes.

Steven A. Crossett, Alleens Ln, Huntingdon, Misdemeanor Failure to Appear, $100 fine, Cost and taxes.

Angelina M. Crowell, Sierra Ln, McKenzie, guilty of Probation Violation, 10 days jail.

Jerry Dale, Florence St, Camden, guilty of Probation Violation, Probation Revoked; dismissed: charge of Failure to Appear.

Sean B. Gilbert, Oak Manor Road, McKenzie, guilty of Indecent Exposure, no fine, costs and taxes waived.

Corey W. D. Houge, Lawrence Switch Rd, Jackson, guilty of Driving While License Suspended and Failure to Appear, $100 Fine, Cost and taxes, and 6 Months Unsupervised probation.

James I. Hoard III, Forrest Ave, McKenzie, guilty of Domestic Assault, $100 fine, costs and taxes, and 11/29 unsupervised probation.

Brittany L. Lopez, Vinson Ln, McKenzie, guilty of Driving While License Suspended-Second or subequent offense, Violation of Financial Responsibility Law, and Probation Violation, 10 days jail, $250 fine, costs and taxes, 11/29 Unsupervised Probation; dismissed: charges of Child Restraint Violation and Obedience to Oncoming Train Signal.

David Myles, Beasley St, Huntingdon, guilty of Contempt of Court, 6 days jail, costs and taxes.

Dakota L. Pardue, Hwy 114, Buena Vista, guilty of Probation Violation, 90 days jail, concurrent with sentence currently serving.

Buford Pearson, Lakewood Lake Lane, Huntingdon, guilty of Domestic Assault, 15 days jail, $250 fine, cost and taxes, 11/14 unsupervised probation.

Kayla R. Pate, Seven Hills Rd, Atwood, guilty of Driving While License Suspended, $100 fine, cost and taxes, 6 months unsupervised probation; dismissed: charges of Drivers to Exercise Due Care and Driving on the Right.

Bobby Joe Roberts, Whitlock Rd, Puryear, guilty of Reckless Driving, 2 days jail, $350 fine, cost and taxes, 5/29 unsupervised probation.

James Sole, Eli Brown Rd, McKenzie, guilty of Fraudulent Use of Credit/Debit Card-Up To $1,000, cost and taxes, no contact with victim, restitution to businesses, and 11/29 supervised probation.

Christopher True, Forrest Ave, McKenzie, guilty of Unlawful Use of Drug Paraphernalia; dismissed: charge of Simple Possession/Casual Exchange.

Christian M. Workman, S. McDonald St, Puryear, guilty of Driving While License Suspended, $250 fine, cost and taxes 6 months supervised probation, and 5/29 unsupervised probation.

The following cases were dismissed:

Glenn Franklin Adkins, Republican Grove Rd, Trezevant, dismissed charges of Probation Violation, Aggravated Assault, and Domestic Assault.

Teddy Craig, Main St, Hollow Rock, dismissed charge of Vandalism $1,000 - $2,500.

Benjamin T. Hart, Forrest Ave, McKenzie, dismissed charge of Driving While License Suspended.

Kathy Hart, Benton St, Huntingdon, dismissed charge of Probation Violation.

Kale B. Lowe, Woody Crest Close, Dickson, dismissed charges of Driving While License Suspended-Second or Subsequent Offense and Financial Responsibility Law Violation.

Gregory T. Russell, High St, Hollow Rock, dismissed charge of Worthless Checks Up To $1,000.
