HUNTINGDON (November 6-8) — The following cases were adjudicated in Carroll General Sessions Court.

Cases bound over to Carroll County Circuit Court were:

Terry Brown, Pate Road, Huntingdon, bound over for Burglary-Other Than Habitation and Theft Up To $1,000.

Fredrick Crawley, Peggy Lane, Atwood, bound over for Criminal Trespass.

Wendi Lindley, County Farm Lane, Huntingdon, bound over for Theft of Merchandise-Shoplifting.

The following cases resulted in guilty verdicts or guilty pleas:

Danny Ray Anderson, Firetower Road, Huntingdon, guilty of Failure To Appear, 30 days jail, cost and tax.

Drew Logan Autry, 4620 Ephes Church Rd, Hollow Rock, guilty of Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, $750 fine, cost and tax, 30 days jail, 10/29 supervised probation; dismissed: charges of Schedule VI Drugs: MFG, DEL, SELL, Poss, Forgery Up To $1,000, Possession Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, and Public Intoxication.

Douglas Wayne Bradley, Hebron Church Road, guilty of Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, $200 fine, cost and tax, 11/29 supervised probation.

Gerald L. Fuzzell, 854 Magnolia Ave, McKenzie, guilty of DUI: First Offense, $350 fine, cost and tax, 4 days jail, 11/25 supervised probation, Loss of license for 1 year.

Keith W. Haynes, Walnut Ave, McKenzie, guilty of Driving While License Revoked, 2 days jail, cost and tax; dismissed: Violation of Financial Responsibility Law and Vehicles Stop At All Stop Signs.

Matthew Wayne Henry, 22650 E. Main St, Huntingdon, guilty of Public Intoxication, $50 fine, cost and tax.

Clinton Dailey Hoard, Randall St, McKenzie, guilty of Criminal Impersonation, Cost and tax; dismissed: charge of Theft Up To $1,000.

Cody Irwin, 22650 E. Main Street, Huntingdon, guilty of Public Intoxication, $50 fine, cost and tax.

Joseph M. Jackson, Woodlawn Avenue, Huntingdon, guilty of Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, $250 fine, cost and tax, and 10 days jail; dismissed: charges of Driving While License Revoked Due To DUI Conviction, Failure To Dim Lights, and Violation of Financial Responsibility Law. 

Jannie Diana Leone, Kay Avenue, McKenzie, guilty of Allowing Dog To Run At Large, $50 fine, cost and tax.

Steven C. Maness, Hwy 70W, Cedar Grove, guilty of Simple Possession/Casual Exchange and Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, $500 fine, 10 days jail, and 23 months 18 days supervised probation.

Ronnda Mann, Flat Bottom Road, Cedar Grove, guilty of Disorderly Conduct and Failure To Appear, 19 days jail, cost and tax.

Holly Mullins, McCall Street, Huntingdon, guilty of Theft Up To $1,000, cost and tax, 11/29 unsupervised probation.

Lenonel Paredes, Claytontown Road, Buchanan, guilty of Driving While License Revoked Due to Conviction of DUI and Unlawful Use of Telecommunication Device While Driving, $150 fine, cost and tax.

Cody Pierpoint, Highland Street, Bruceton, guilty of DUI: First Offense, $350 fine, cost and tax, 30 days jail, 10/29 supervised probation; dismissed: charges of Driving While License Revoked, Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, Driving Unregistered Vehicle on Highway, and Violation of Financial Responsibility Law.

Blake Speck, Mayes Avenue, Huntingdon, guilty of Assault-Physical Contact, 10 days jail, cost and tax, no contact exonerated, and 11/19 supervised probation; dismissed: charges of Aggravated Assault, Meth-Possession or Casual Exchange, Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, and Misdemeanor Failure to Appear.

Louis Stephen Rechis III, Hawkins Road, Sharon, guilty of Leaving Scene of Accident-Property Damage and Reckless Driving, $350 fine, cost and tax, 7 days jail, complete A&D Assessment; dismissed: charges of Failure to Yield Right of Way, Financial Responsibility Law Violation, Felony Reckless Endangerment, and Misdemeanor Implied Consent Violation.

Dakota Sumrock, Jordan Avenue, McKenzie, guilty of Display/Possession Cancel/Revoked/Suspended or Altered DL and Violation of Financial Responsibility Law, cost and tax.

Gary Wallace, Seminary Road, McKenzie, guilty of Aggravated Criminal Trespass and Public Intoxication, $50 fine, cost and tax.

Latisha R Wingham, Hillcourt, Huntingdon, guilty of Failure To Appear, $100 fine, cost and tax.

The following cases were dismissed:

Misty Hurley, Idlewild Holly Leaf Rd, Bradford, dismissed charge of Theft of Merchandise Up To $1,000.

Ariel Rosalie Incorvain, Denton Road, Tigrett, dismissed charges of Driving While License Suspended and Drivers to Exercise Due Care.

Corrine Walker Hwy 219, Huntingdon, dismissed charge of Worthless Checks Up To $1,000.

Sarah Beth Lamberth, Terry Road, Cedar Grove, dismissed charges of Driving While License Suspended, Driver License-Address Required Within 10 Days, Seat Belt Violation, Financial Responsibility Law Violation.

Daquon Robinson, Hillcourt Circle, dismissed charges of Theft of Property-$2,500 to $10,000, Evading Arrest, and Driving Without License.
