HUNTINGDON (April 24-25) — The following cases were adjudicated in Carroll General Sessions Court.

Cases bound over to Carroll County Circuit Court were:

Peyton Dylan Whitmore, Church St, Atwood, bound over for Evading Arrest, Reckless Endangerment, Vandalism, Obedience To Any Traffic Control Device, Financial Responsibility Law Violation, and Expired Registration.

The following cases resulted in guilty verdicts or guilty pleas:

Andrew E. Arnold Jr, White Clay Road, Sharon, guilty of Violation of Order of Protection/Restraining Order; dismissed: charges of Prohibited Weapons-Switchblade, Knuckles, Other, Unlawful Removal/Alteration of Registration Tag, and Financial Responsibility Law.

Leslee Greenwall, two addresses listed, McKenzie, guilty of Driving While License Revoked Due To Conviction of DUI and Failure To Appear, $350 fine, cost and tax, 2 days jail, and 11/27 supervised probation.

Perry Harris, Hillcourt Circle, Huntingdon, guilty of Vandalism Up To $1,000, full restitution to victim, cost and tax, and 11/29 supervised probation.

Haley Brooke Hart, School House Rd, Yuma, guilty of Theft Up To $1,000 and Failure to Appear, 10 days jail, cost and tax, and 11/19 supervised probation.

Clinton Dailey Hoard, Randall St, McKenzie, guilty of Aggravated Criminal Trespass, cost and tax, no contact with victims.

Kristian S. Kornegay, Cherrywood Cove, McKenzie, guilty of Failure To Appear, cost and tax, 11/27 supervised probation, and 10 days jail to be served on weekends.

Jackie Bond Massey, Plantation Road, Brighton, guilty of Driving While License Suspended, Must attend Driving School; dismissed: charge of Speeding.

Michael Francis Seimo, Forney Rd, Huntingdon, guilty of DUI-First Offense, 48 hours jail, $350 fine, and 11/27 supervised probation.

Austin D. Taylor, McClure St, McKenzie, guilty of Casual Exchange-Adult/Minor-Schedule IV, 2 days jail, $750 fine, and 11/27 supervised probation; dismissed: charge of Casual Exchange-Adult/Minor-Schedule VI.

Pamela G. Taylor, Rockport Rd, Camden, guilty of DUI-First Offense, Time Served, $350 fine, cost and tax, and 11/19 unsupervised probation.

James D. Walker, Loop Road, Bruceton, guilty of Assault-Physical Contact, 10 days jail, $25 fine, 11/19 unsupervised probation, and charges will run concurrent with credit for 12 days.

Lisa Ray Davis, Walnut Circle, McKenzie, guilty of Theft Up To $1,000, 10 days jail, cost and tax, no contact with victim, and 11/19 unsupervised probation; dismissed: charges of Misdemeanor Failure To Appear and Driving While License Suspended.

Keesha Renee Johnson, Oaklawn Drive, McKenzie, guilty of Vandalism Up To $1,000, cost and tax, restitution to victim, 11/29 unsupervised probation unless restitution not paid by 5/28/2020, and no contact with victims; dismissed: charge of Assault-Physical Contact.

Kenneth Wayne Payne Jr, Florida Court, McKenzie, guilty of Driving While License Suspended-Second or Subsequent Offense, cost and tax, 11/29 unsupervised probation.

Athena Stafford, Locust Ave, McKenzie, guilty of Theft Up To $1,000, 11 days jail, cost and tax, 11/18 unsupervised probation; dismissed: charge of Failure To Appear-Two Counts.

The following case was granted pre-trial or judicial diversions:

Shyanne Carey, E. Lake St, Camden, pre-trial diversion for Assault-Physical Contact, cost and tax, no violent contact with victim, 11/29 Unsupervised Probation, 80 hours community Service, and Alcohol and Drug Assessment; dismissed: charge of Aggravated Burglary.

Courtney Sharp, Rosebanks Road, Memphis, pre-trial diversion for Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, cost and tax, 11/29 unsupervised probation, and 20 hours community service.

The following cases were dismissed:

Brittany Carol Lee, Hwy 77, Paris, dismissed charges of Driving While License Revoked and Failure to Appear.

James R. Martin, Atlantic Ave, Henry, dismissed charge of Failure To Appear.

Shane Allen Nunnery, Seminary St, McKenzie, dismissed charge of Driving While License Suspended.

Kevin Potts, Elm Hill Pike, Nashville, dismissed charges of Driving While License Suspended, Speeding, and Financial Responsibility Law.
