Jared Michael Payton, McGehee Lane, Springville, bound over on Evading Arrest, Alter/Falsify/Forge Title/Plate, Driving While Revoked.
The following cases ended with a guilty plea or verdict.
Robert Bing, Munford, guilty of Failure to Carry License (lesser charge), 30 days in jail. Dismissed charge of Light Law Violation, Lack of Financial Responsibility.
Christy Fullington, Paris, guilty of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, $150 fine, 12 days in jail, unsupervised probation. Dismissed charges of Driving While Revoked-Second Offense.
Raymond Harris, Main Street, McKenzie, guilty of Probation Violation, 10 days in jail, probation extended 10 months.
Joshua Lynn Haynes, Barksdale Avenue, McKenzie, guilty of Resist Stop, Arrest, Search, $50 fine. Dismissed Disorderly Conduct.
Bethany Malone, Hurt Street, Trezevant, guilty of Failure to Appear, no fine, plus court costs; guilty of Probation Violation, probation revoked.
Juan Carlos Martinez, guilty of Failure to Carry or Exhibit Drivers License on plea bargain, two days in jail, unsupervised probation.
