Habitat for Humanity Gala is Thursday

Posted

The annual Carroll County Habitat for Humanity Gala is Thursday, November 9, 6 p.m. at the Carroll County Civic Center. Individual tickets are $50 each with proceeds going to build homes for more families in Carroll County.

The ticket includes a meal and entertainment.

Scattered Grass is performing for the event.

Since 1991, Habitat for Humanity has built houses in Atwood, Hollow Rock-Bruceton, Clarksburg, Huntingdon, McKenzie and Trezevant. A total of 22 houses have been built.

Habitat provides a decent, safe, afford place to live at a reasonable cost. The homes are not free to the new partner families. They must make payments on the home.
