Mc Kenzie, TNMcKENZIE (June 9) — Hometown Hangout hosted its Ribbon Cutting celebration Wednesday at 4 p.m., where the staff offered the first 25 customers one free scoop of ice cream or a small shaved ice. All customers from Wednesday were entered into a raffle to win a $50 gift certificate.
