HUNTINGDON — Huntingdon annual Christmas Parade is rescheduled to Saturday, December 16 at 6 p.m. in the downtown area. It was originally scheduled for December 9, however, severe weather was predicted and the city leaders correctly chose to delay the event.

Huntingdon native and Bethel University President Walter Butler is the grand marshal.

Other events in Huntingdon include:

2-4 p.m. — ISTEA Express train rides — starting at the First Baptist Church area.

5 p.m. — Tree Lighting at City Hall.

There are shops and various events throughout the downtown area in the afternoon. Food trucks are available 2 to 6 p.m.
