Mc Kenzie, TNHUNTINGDON (September 15) — Friday night marked the first meeting between the Huntingdon Mustangs (Class 2-A) and the Crockett County Cavaliers (Class 4-A). The Cavaliers arrived at Paul Ward Stadium with an undefeated season record that quickly appeared in danger as the Mustangs took control defensively and limited Crockett County’s scoring efforts to only one touchdown for the night. Offensively, the Mustangs found the end zone five times and Greyson Anderson posted a perfect five for five on extra point attempts. The home field win against the non-region opponent gave Huntingdon a 3-1 record for the season.
