Trespassing, License Violation — Zachariah Wilson, 32, of Huntingdon was charged with criminal trespassing and driving on a revoked driver’s license following a February 23 incident at a Huntingdon residence.
According to the report by Officer Shelton Moon, he responded to a call about a breaking and entering incident at 309 Clark Street and spoke with resident Jenny Wilson. She said that her estranged husband, Zachariah Wilson, had somehow obtained a key to her home and had come during the middle of the night. She said she had not given him permission to enter her home for any reason. A computer check showed that Mr. Wilson’s driver’s license was suspended, and he was apprehended by officers later that day.
Drug Possession — Kirk Kelly, 51, of Yuma was charged with simple possession of methamphetamine, simple possession of schedule IV, and a light law violation during a February 22 traffic stop on Holmes Mill Road.
According to the report by Officer Shelton Moon, he pulled over a 1988 gray Dodge Dakota driven by Kelly for not having working brake lights. When asked if he had anything illegal in the vehicle, Kelly told Moon that he did not and gave Moon permission to search the vehicle. During the search, Moon found 17 pills, all identified as schedule IV narcotics, and approximately 1.1 grams of a clear rock-like substance.
