Public Intoxication — Kristopher Michael Bennett, 40, was charged with public intoxication on July 19 at a Huntingdon residence.
According to the report by Officer Brad Allen, he was dispatched to the Skyline Drive area regarding a suspicious person. Upon arrival, Allen found Bennett standing at an address where he did not live, and Bennett seemed to be under the influence of a narcotic. Bennett told Allen he was not sure where he was going or what he was doing at that address. Allen then took Bennett into custody and transported him to the Carroll County Jail.
Public Intoxication — Orpah Dianne Anders, 64, of Huntingdon was charged with public intoxication on July 18 at a Huntingdon business.
Officer Brad Allen reported he was dispatched to Little General in regards to an intoxicated person. Upon arrival, Allen spoke with Anders, and while speaking with her, he detected the odor of an alcoholic beverage and noticed that her speech was slurred. Anders was transported from the scene to the Carroll County Jail.
