Possession of Drugs — William Foster, 64, of Hollow Rock, was arrested for Possession of drugs, manufacture, sell, and deliver, expired registration, and financial responsibility on October 29.

Officer Roberts observed the truck Foster was driving traveling north on Hwy 22 South when Foster pulled over and got out the vehicle. Officer Roberts pulled up for a welfare check on the driver when Foster informed him his vehicle was pulling to the right so that’s why he pulled over. There was not a registration plate on the vehicle and Foster said it was not registered or insured. The canine officer alerted and indicated drugs were inside the vehicle. A search was performed on the vehicle and behind the seat was a plastic sandwich bag with a crystal-like substance that tested positive for meth, and under the seat was a glass pipe that contained white residue.
