Public Intoxication — Timothy Ray Mayo, 51, was arrested on December 5 for Public Intoxication and Possession of a Handgun while Under the Influence. Reporting officer Justen Roberts reported that he spoke to an employee at Hucks in Huntingdon who informed him a customer has been the restroom for over an hour. When he entered the restroom, the defendant had noticeable sores and his pupils appeared to be dilated. This led the officer to believe that Mayo was under the influence of methamphetamine. Mayo was also carrying a firearm on his waist, which the officer removed for the safety of them both. He was then placed under arrest for public intoxication and possession of firearm while intoxicated.
