Drug Charges — Bethany Amanda Middleton, 41, of Huntingdon was arrested on drug possession charges involving heroin and methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, and expired registration following a May 3 traffic stop in Huntingdon.
Officer Joseph Hedge reported he pulled over a vehicle driven by Middleton on Holmes Mill Road due to an out-of-date tag. After getting Middleton’s consent to search the vehicle, Hedge found a baggie containing a substance that field-tested positive for heroin and a cut-off straw. Hedge then got Middleton’s permission to search her residence, and during that search, he found a baggie containing .4 grams of a substance that field-tested positive for methamphetamine and digital scales.
Drug Charges — Brian Keith Parker, 49, of Huntingdon was charged with possession of schedule VI with intent, simple possession/casual exchange, possession of cocaine, and drug paraphernalia during a May 6 warranted search of his residence.
According to the police report, officers executed a search warrant at Parker’s residence after receiving information that he was selling crack cocaine from his home. During that search, officers found 55.5 grams of marijuana, digital scales, 11.7 grams of crack cocaine, seven hydrocodone pills, and $930 in cash, which was seized.
