Officer Ethan Parham reported that officers conducted a probation check at Baker’s residence, and Baker gave officers permission to search the home. During that search, officers found a .22 rifle under a bed mattress. Parham noted that Baker is on probation for an aggravated assault conviction.

Drugs, License Violation — Robert Bennett, 56, of Huntingdon was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and driving while revoked during a June 24 traffic stop on West Main Street in Huntingdon.

Officer Brad Allen reported he pulled over a vehicle driven by Bennett due to prior knowledge that his license was revoked, and this was confirmed by computer check. During that search, Allen found one bag containing 1.3 grams of meth, another bag with 2.7 grams of meth, a bag with 1.2 grams or marijuana, and a glass pipe.
