Mc Kenzie, TNCARROLL COUNTY — Carroll County 1000-Acre Recreational Lake is now owned by the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency. That transfer of ownership occurred on July 1 with an intragovernment transfer of assets from the Carroll County Watershed Authority, a state agency to TWRA, another state agency.
