20 YEARS AGO — Raymond Harold (Ray) Martin, a well-known auctioneer and real estate broker in the tri-county area, died at age 84.
*McKenzie National Guardsman Sergeant James Carl Powell of Paris, a member of Company A (-), 230th Engineer Battalion in McKenzie, was named Tennessee State Non-commisioned Officer of the Year.
