Time is flying by! We completed the Summer Reading programs during June and school started back! We had excellent attendance for our programs and just may have set a record for this library.

Your library partnered with Northwest Tennessee Head Start/Early Head Start just as in the past few years. They are great to work with us for Summer Reading.

Sonic, Chick-fil-A, Subway and McDonald’s are always so helpful with coupons for the children to take home and Cash Express provided candy and placed in the bag giveaways.

The McKenzie Banner is always there to take pictures of the different programs and a benefit to the community.

McKenzie Memorial Library got a big surprise - a 59% increase in the R.E.A.D.S. adult/juvenile circulation. This was the largest increase in the region, and we worked with the schools to make sure the children had library cards so they can access R.E.A.D.S.

You can enjoy eBooks and audiobooks from your public library on your computer, phone, tablet or iPod. It is easy to use, no late fees and available 24/7. Come by and visit the Library and we will be glad to get you started.
