According to Winberry’s report, he found that vehicle and made contact with the driver, Christopher Gregory of Gleason. Gregory stated he wasn’t feeling well at which point Winberry had an ambulance come check him out. Winberry had Gregory do field sobriety tests on which he did poorly. Gregory was found to have two prior DUIs on his record and was charged with DUI-Third Offense and Violation of the Implied Consent Law after refusing to give a blood sample.
