Vandalism — On October 22, Officer Darren Davis received a call about a school bus having three broken windows. Davis was informed the bus was parked Friday afternoon and the windows were intact. The following day, the driver noticed the windows were broken. A rock, believed to have been used, was found at the scene. Neighbors are supposed to check security cameras to see if anything was captured in the footage. Carroll County Schools will be contacted about the incident.
