PARIS (November 15) — With a rise to 276 active COVID-19 cases in Henry County today, Paris Special School District will close PreK-8 until Monday, November 30.
According to a Paris Special School District Facebook update on Sunday, PreK-2 will have a hybrid learning model of virtual (for those already with technology) and packets. Students will receive a call from teachers to see if students need packet delivery or if it can be picked up.
Students in grades 3-8 will be in virtual learning starting Monday. If students need to pick up any materials from Paris Elementary School or Inman, please call the school to make arrangements.
If lunch delivery is needed for any PreK-8 student, please call 642-3675 ext. 3207 before 8:30 a.m. Buses will deliver both breakfast and lunch.
Rhea will have a drive through lunch pick-up between 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Lunch is available there for any PreK-8 student.
Paris Special School District apologizes for this inconvenience, but the safety of our students, staff and community is priority.
