8 pork chops

¼ cup oil

Salt, pepper and seasoning salt to taste

1 ½ cups flour plus 2 tablespoons

10-ounce water

Rinse pork chops. Flour lightly. Brown in skillet with ¼ cup oil over medium heat. Place chops in 9x13c casserole dish. Leave about ½ of the oil in skillet and mix 2 tablespoons flour with 10 ounces of water to make a thin gravy. Pour this over the pork chops and cover with foil. Place in oven at 325 degrees for 2 hours until tender.
