9 inch pie crust

4 eggs

1 cup shredded Swiss cheese 3/4 teaspoon salt

1/3 cup finely chopped onion 12 slices bacon (fried crispy)

2 cup half and half

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Put bacon, cheese and onion into pie shell. Beat eggs slightly. Beat in remaining recipe ingredients. Pour this mixture into pie shell. Cook at 425 degrees for 15 min.

Reduce oven temperature to 300 degrees and bake about 30 minutes longer. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
