Peter Paul Mounds Cake

1 Swiss Chocolate Cake mix

24 large marshmallows

1 stick butter

1 box powdered sugar

3/4 stick butter

1 cup sugar

1 cup evaporated milk

1 -14ounce pkg coconut

1/2 cup cocoa

1 cup evaporated milk

Peter Paul Mounds Cake

1 Swiss Chocolate Cake mix

24 large marshmallows

1 stick butter

1 box powdered sugar

3/4 stick butter

1 cup sugar

1 cup evaporated milk

1 -14ounce pkg coconut

1/2 cup cocoa

1 cup evaporated milk

Bake cake in 2 pans. Split layers. Boil sugar, 1 cup evaporated milk and 1 stick butter together. Boil hard for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add marshmallows and coconut. Spread between cake layers. Mix together powdered sugar, cocoa, 3/4 stick butter and 1 cup evaporated milk. Spread on top and sides of cake.

Mississippi Mud Cake

1 cup margarine

1/2 cup cocoa

2 cup sugar

4 eggs, slightly beaten

1 1/2cup all purpose flour

Pinch salt

1 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Miniature marshmallows

1/2 cup margarine, melted

2 Tablespoon cocoa

1 -16 ounce box powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

Milk

Melt 1 cup margarine and cocoa together. Stir in sugar and beaten eggs. Mix well. Add flour, salt, nuts and vanilla.

Bake in a 13x9x2 inch pan at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes. Sprinkle marshmallows on top of cake while still warm.

Combine 1/2 cup margarine, 2 tablespoons cocoa, powdered sugar, vanilla and enough milk to allow mixture to be of spreading consistency when mixed well. Spread on cake.

Cranberry Crunch

1 cup margarine

Pinch of salt

1/2 cup sugar

2 cup Quaker Oats, uncooked

1/2 cup peanut butter

1 can jellied cranberry sauce

Combine oats and margarine, salt, sugar and peanut butter. Mix this together until well blended and crumbly.

Put 1/2 of mixture in 8x8 greased baking dish. Spread cranberry sauce over oat mixture then put remainder of oat mixture on top of cranberry sauce. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
