HUNTINGDON (June 14) — Tennessee government, Carroll County government, Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency (TWRA) leaders, state troopers, National Guard members, community members, friends, and family flooded the Carroll County Shooting Sports Complex at 10 a.m. on Friday, June 14, for the dedication of the Sergeant Lee Russell Waterfowl Refuge.
