Mc Kenzie, TNDUI — Douglas Eugene Marshall, 55, of Huntingdon, was arrested for DUI on January 1. Deputy Daniel Thomas observed a blue Jeep that he suspected had a driver impaired behind the wheel. The driver, Douglas Marshall, smelled of alcohol and refused to do any field sobriety tests. He was then placed under arrest for DUI.
