McKENZIE, Tenn. - Funeral services for Mr. Thomas H. Horton are Wednesday, April 3, 2024, at 2 p.m. at Brummitt McKenzie Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, 11:30 a.m. until service time. Interment will follow at Enon Cemetery. Officiating the service is Brother Daniel Grisham, and pallbearers that will serve are Paul Horton, Lane Horton, Stephen Cole, Stewart Cole, Andrew Cole and Billy Savage.
Mr. Horton, 73, died Saturday, March 30, 2024 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital. He was born on December 5, 1950, to parents J.B. and Genever Britton Horton. He retired from Champion Mobile Home as the purchasing manager.
He survived by his wife of 56 years, Bettie Rimmer Horton, daughter, Amy Bourne, brother, Malcolm (Nellie) Horton, and two grandchildren, Jesse Bourne and Eliza Bourne.
