West Carroll FFA to Host Greenhouse Sale

ATWOOD — West Carroll High School is hosting a spring live plant sale on Saturday, April 20, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the greenhouse on the campus, 760 Highway 77, Atwood.

Noah Rogers, FFA teacher, said his students will have hanging baskets, bedding plants, vegetable starters.

The five-inch potted plants are $5 pot, or five pots for $20. Those include ompatiens, lantana, wave petunika, petunia, angelonia, begonia, dianthus, pentas, coleus, snapdragon, vinca, gerbera daisy, celosia, deahia, ipomea, marigold, shrimp plant, angle trumpets, succulents, geraniums.

Vegetable plants are four packs for $2 or six packs for $3. Those include jalapeno peppers, bell peppers, tomatoes, other vegetable plants.

Large pots and hanging baskets are: $15 for 12-inch flowering hanging baskets, $15 for 10-inch spider plants baskets; $15 for 10-inch white wandering jew baskets; $15 for 10-inch bolivian jew; $20 for 12-inch handing boston fern; $25 for 14-inch flowering porch pots and $30 for 14-inch porch pot macho fern.
