Lakeside Senior Living Community in McKenzie was where the Inglenook Book Club held its February 12 meeting at 3 p.m., with 19 ladies in attendance. President Gail Mack called the meeting to order at 3 p.m. She thanked the hostesses Jean Hollomon and Suzanne Russell for serving delicious strawberry pretzel salad, along with chocolates and assorted beverages. The Pledge of Allegiance, Club Aim and Motto were recited by all. The February birthday ladies are Marilynn Putman and Sandi McMahen.

Prices in Tennessee are 2.5 cents per gallon higher than a month ago and stand 11.5 cents per gallon lower than a year ago. The national average price of diesel has decreased 0.2 cents in the last week and stands at $3.624 per gallon.
