1 can tomatoes
1medium sized onion
Salt, black pepper, and red pepper to taste
1 pod garlic
2 tablespoon sugar
Pinch of sage and parsley
Cooked rice
Add enough water to cover chicken until tender. Serve over rice. Serves 8-10
