McKENZIE (November 28) — Ford’s Blue Oval -SK Battery project in the west Tennessee community of Stanton will be operational in 2025 and employing thousands of workers throughout the region. It is slated to assemble 500,000 electric trucks annually. While the main assembly plant is in Stanton, thousands of jobs will be scattered in communities throughout of west Tennessee.

BENTON, Ky. (December 20, 21) — The Huntingdon Mustangs opened the FNB Holiday Classic tournament against the hosting school the Marshall County Marshals. The Mustangs were defeated 75-42 by the Marshals moving to the consolation bracket. Huntingdon then faced the Christian County Colonels. The Mustangs didn’t fare much better as they were put out of the tournament 73-56.
