HUNTINGDON, Tenn. — Mrs. Alice Jean Walker, 84, of Huntingdon, Tennessee died Saturday, November 10, 2018 at the Life Care Center in Bruceton.
Funeral services were Monday, November 12, 2018 in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home. Interment was in the Barr Springs Cemetery.
Mrs. Walker was born December 11, 1933 in Bucksnort, Tennessee to the late Turner Hobson and Mary Elizabeth (Waugh) Todd.
She was also preceded in death by five brothers, Lois Todd, Ed Todd, Bug Todd, Hulon Todd, Jimmy Todd, two sisters, Merline Tubbs, Ava Smothers, and one son-in-law, Jerry Pruitt.
She is survived by her husband of 70 years this month, Bill Walker, four daughters, Judy Reynolds (Stanley), Janean Meggs (Randy), Susan Pruitt, all of Huntingdon, Merline Pritchard (Jimmy) of Clarksburg, three sons, Robert Earl Walker (Gail), Billy Walker (Rita) both of Wildersville, Matt Walker (Diana) of Huntingdon, one sister, Linda Burcham (Jim) of Bruceton and one brother, Robert Todd (Robbie) of Huntingdon. She also leaves 22 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and 11 great great-grandchildren.
