Janet Bybee

Mrs. Janet Bybee, 70, of Huntingdon, Tennessee died Monday May 30, 2022 at her home.

Funeral services are 2 p.m. Friday, June 3, 2022 in the Chapel of Dilday-Carter Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Sellers Hill Cemetery. Brother Andrew Stokes and Brother Clint Ezell officiating.

Mrs. Bybee was born May 9, 1952 to the late Glendon Ray Rich and Nell Smith Rich. She was a nurse for 35 years. She is preceded in death by 3 brothers, Terry Rich, Glendon Rich and Neal Rich.

She is survived by her husband, Max Bybee of Huntingdon, Tennessee; two daughters, Jana Bybee of Huntingdon, Tennessee, and Mary (Lee) Woods of Clarksburg, Tennessee; one son, John (Nick Denette) Griffin of La Vergne, Tennessee; two sisters, Virginia Ruth Depriest of Huntingdon, Tennessee, and Nelda (Johnny) Hawkins of Huntingdon, Tennessee; two brothers, Billy Mac (Vickie) Rich of Huntingdon, Tennessee, and Gordy Rich of McKenzie, Tennessee; and 5 grandchildren, Braxton and Layten Montes De Oca, Will, Jaypeth, and AdaRose Woods.   

The family will receive friends at Dilday-Carter Funeral Home on Thursday, 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Friday, 10 a.m. until time of services at 2 p.m.
