Mc Kenzie, TNHUNTINGDON — Mrs. Mary Sue Rush, 96, of Huntingdon, Tennessee died Wednesday, October 16, 2019 at Life Care Center of Bruceton.
Funeral services were Saturday, October 19, 2019 in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home. Interment was in Roans Creek Cemetery.
Mrs. Rush was born April 4, 1923 in Carroll County, Tennessee to the late Ben and Tessie (Hampton) Gooch.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Gaylon Rush and brothers, B.R. Gooch, Lynville Gooch, and Tommy Gooch.
She is survived two daughters, Susan Sanders (Dwight) and Jane Meggs of Huntingdon; four sons, Ralph Rush (Wanda), Kenny Rush (Nancy) of Huntingdon, Johnny Rush (Mary Ann) of Martin, Tennessee and Michael Rush (Sandra) of Henderson, Tennessee; a sister, Ruth Turner (Harvey) of Huntingdon; a sister in law, Jean Gooch of Burns, Tennessee; eleven grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren and a great great-granddaughter.
