The April meeting of the McKenzie Garden Club was April 22 at the home of Chester and Victoria Ard, with President Myra Sasser presiding. The Devotional was given by Victoria, who spoke on the importance of recognizing and appreciating the tiny blessings in our lives. Apple Dumplings 2 granny smith apples, peeled & quartered 1 (8 count) can crescent rolls 1/2 cup margarine 1 cup sugar 1 cup orange juice 1 teaspoon vanilla Wrap each apple quarter in a crescent roll. Sprinkle cinnamon over crescent rolls. Mix margarine, sugar and orange juice in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Pour over crescent rolls. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. more
