Criminal Impersonation — Patrolman Sean Beck initiated a traffic stop on Friday afternoon, November 25, on a vehicle for driving without headlights on the corner of Walnut Avenue and Main Street. Beck made contact with the driver and smelled an odor believed to be marijuana coming from the vehicle. He asked if the vehicle had any drugs or weapons. more
DUI, Fugitive — Brett Ballard, 31, Lumber Road, McKenzie, was charged with Driving Under the Influence, Fugitive From Justice, and Implied Consent on February 19. more
