Multiple Charges — Officer Trenton Ruddy initiated a traffic stop on Saturday morning, November 19 on South Stonewall Street on a vehicle that had a right brake light out. After identifying the driver as Reginald Lee II, 22, of Bartlett, Tennessee, Ruddy ran a license check and learned Lee’s license was suspended.
