HUNTINGDON (February 15) — A new roof construction at Huntingdon Middle School is almost complete, according to Dr. Jonathan Kee, director of schools. Huntingdon Special School District Board of Education heard that report and decided to purchase other real estate near the Primary School during the February 15 meeting.

The Carroll County Library hosts multiple educational events to promote activity and reading to children (and adults) this June and July. This year’s Summer Reading Program theme, chosen by the Collaborative Summer Library Program, is “All Together Now,” which advocates kindness, unity and friendship among library-goers.

LINDEN (September 29) — The McKenzie Rebels wrapped up a five-week road revue picking up their sixth win on the season as they dominated the Perry County Vikings 57-7. The Rebels traveled to Linden for the week seven Region 6-1A win moving to 6-1 on the season and 3-0 in the region.
